Sign-in to Chrome with a Different Browser

If you are still facing issues after applying the above methods, you can create an additional new Chrome user to make your Intuit Login successful. So follow the given steps to create a new user account in the Chrome browser. 

  1. First of all, open the Chrome web browser. 
  2. Next, you are required to find the “users” section at the bottom of the page. For this, you need to have an admin account in the Google management console. 
  3. Now, select the “Add new user” button. 
  4. After that, select an icon, type a name and click on the “Create” button.

Methods to Fix Intuit Login Errors if you are using Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox

Evaluate the SSL Setting of Internet Explorer

To check the Secure Sockets Layer setting for Internet Explorer, you have to follow the below procedure: 

  1. Firstly, open the Internet Explorer browser on your screen. 
  1. Then, you need to press Windows+R keys together on your keyboard.
  2. Next, you will see a dialog box on the screen. You need to type “inetcpl.cpl” in the required field.
  3. After that, select the “OK” button.
  4. Next, a new page of  “Internet Properties” will appear on the screen. On the top of the page, you will find the “Advanced Tab”, click on it. 
  5. To continue with the procedure, you need to scroll down to the “Security” section and check mark both SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 boxes. 
  6. Next, you need to select the “OK” button to complete the process. 
  7. Finally, open your browser and try to sign-in to your Intuit account. 

Evaluate the SSL Setting of Mozilla Firefox ​

To check the Secure Sockets Layer(SSL) setting for Mozilla Firefox, follow all the given steps: 

  1. First of all, open the Mozilla Firefox browser. 
  2. Then, go to the “Tools” menu.
  3. After that, select Options
  4. Next, you have to click on the advanced icon and select both the boxes of SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0.

  1. First of all, make sure that the privacy settings are set to low or medium. High privacy settings might block a lot of links and websites. 
  2. Then, manually access to  https://qbo.intuit.com.
  3.  Now, you are required to enable “Cookies”.
  4. After that, close all browsers and sign-in to your Intuit account.

Security Settings for Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer Browser on your device.
  2. Now, press Windows+R keys at the same time. 
  3. You will see a new dialog box will appear on the screen. Type inetcpl.cpl in the given field.
